Ballyvaldon Holiday Home Park is a small quiet family run Park in the sunny south east. The park is situated 4km from Blackwater Village and 5km from Kilmuckridge. Ballyvaldon is 2km from Balnamona and Ballyvaldon beaches. Many other Blue flag beaches are within 10 km, Ballinesker, Morriscastle and Curracloe, all stunning.
The park opened 30 years ago and we still have some of the original residents on-site enjoying the company of extended families during the summer months and the peace and tranquillity of the countryside location in the spring and autumn. We ourselves took ownership in 2016 and have loved getting to know the residents and meeting new residents. It’s wonderful to see the children creating friendships and using their imagination and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. We move on to the park for the summer months with our 2 children, providing extra convenience regards gas sales, laundry tokens and security.
Site fees are currently €2,400 which are included in the purchase price of the mobile home for the 2024 season.

Ballyvaldon holiday homes are private and access is secured by a barrier. Passcards are provided to residents and renewed annually.
