About Ballyvaldon
Ballyvaldon Holiday Home Park is a small quiet family run Park in the sunny south east. The park is situated 4km from Blackwater Village and 5km from Kilmuckridge. Ballyvaldon is 2km from Balnamona and Ballyvaldon beaches. Many other Blue flag beaches are within 10 km, Ballinesker, Morriscastle and Curracloe, all stunning.
We ourselves live on the park for the summer months and I have to say it is so good for children allowing them freedom of the site as the site is fully secure. The friendships the children make they keep for life. It is a joy to see them out playing all day, using their imaginations, chasing butterflies, cycling bikes and of course the daily trips to the beach. “What beach will we visit today?”
The park opened 30 years ago and we still have some of the original residents on site and many with the grandkids visiting now. We ourselves took ownership in 2016 and have loved to getting to know the residents and meeting new residents.
Finding Ballyvaldon holiday homes
There is easy access to the main Dublin to Wexford M11 route and the Gorey By-Pass, only 20 minutes driving distance from here. With the recent improvements in the motorway, this area is only 1 hours driving distance from South County Dublin.
Staying at Ballyvaldon
On site facilities include security barrier, playground, sports field, laundry facilities and refuse. The park is very safe for all ages and all sites are very spacious.
Mobile homes are purchased from Ballyvaldon Holiday Homes and a licence agreement is signed annually. Site fees are currently €2,200 but these are included in the purchase price of the mobile home for the 2022 season.
